The first anime I ever sat down and watched was Ninja Scroll. Silky smooth animation rivaling Disney's Silver Age, edgy 90's violence, plot twists and ninja! Was disappointed that after Ghost in thr Shell and Akira, everything else seemed like a downgrade.

Hating AI requires internet usage in a way that AI cannot easily reproduce. Longform videos such as documentaries or video essays are difficult to mimic. Audiobooks, graphic novels, and novels—things that already exist in analog—are also safer. Photos/screenshots/video clips? Coin flip.

Gaming Racism Trending? Yo, I'm a retired DOTA 2 player. I put TWENTY-THREE YEARS of my life into that game, going back to DotA 1. I've seen it all. As bad as everything is now, it was WORSE before the 2010s. Before, we didn't even have the OPTION to report for racism/sexism/homophobia/etc.

Earned my Immortal badge in DotA 2 earlier this year with blood, sweat, tears, and a knockdown dragout fight with the wife.
