Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Thats sorta always been my perspective. That accent and highlights are basically interchangeable phrases but I was curious what other folks thought 010
Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Interesting perspective even if not "right" I like the results you got so either way I think it works 110
Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Ok #battletech #minipainting sphere. Whats the difference between a "highlight" and an "accent"? Looking at examples of minis on camospecs or unit color compendium seem to just leave it up to artist caveat. If there an official ruling on the difference somewhere? Or whats your general rule of thumb? 321

Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 20/08/2026A few shots today of the great cheese grater battle of '26: RACs vs HAGs Edition* #battletech (*cluster weapon spam in general). I was able to pull a victory out 11 to 6 against my opponent. Its like his 3rd game of battletech but he is catching on fast so it was a real slugfest of a battle. 0141
Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 13/08/2026My IlClan Fed Suns faced off against an opponent's also IlClan Fed Suns list. I put the absolute pain on him. I'd call it a drum list but I've never seen anything get beat on quite as hard as his forces did. #battletech 0192
Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 07/08/2026Thank you. I was trying to add some visual interest and bring some punch to the shadows since so much of the cool tones are desaturated. 000
Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 06/08/2026I want to say it was a riveting game and everyone was on the edge of their seats but what actually happened was me being a casual bystander while my opponent's dice gutted her turn after terrible turn. It was like watching someone club a baby seal to death. Totally brutal. #battletech 0212

We're trying something different this year in that all of our scenarios are loosely connected narrative of the 2nd Star League invasion of Huntress. #battletech ##wargaming 050

Blck_Donald @blckdonald.bsky.social · 02/07/2026Some shots from a different game. Im narrowing down my Southern Assault alpha strike list. Unless, they make some real dynamic changes to their forces building guidelines I'm pretty sure im like 90% of the way there. #battletech 060
