Monroe combines multi-task pretraining on PM6 + PCBA (>1,000 tasks) with explicit stereochemistry and conformer denoising. Across data regimes, OOD splits, and the Polaris and MoleculeACE benchmarks, it is best or statistically tied for best on every task.
