birthday breakfast <3 🌅🧇☕️ #selfship

digitally rendered painting of my Kongsona and funky Kong,

Freddie holds one hand to his mouth and a fork in the other, smiling up at funky Kong. He’s wearing a purple Bonnet and pajamas. There’s a tray of breakfast placed in front of him made by funky.

Funky smiles at him eyes closed, toothpick between his teeth, a cup of coffee in his hand, he leans into Freddie cuddled up. He’s wearing grey sweatpants and has trans tape applied on his chest.

There’s an open window streaming light into the room, the clock reading 7:32.

I've finished the line art and color blocking for this artwork; I hope to be able to finish it soon! ✨ You can check out the full artwork and the creative process on my Patreon, if you’d like!

A fragment of an artwork still in the sketching process.

Roberto, a great hammerhead shark, is offering an popsicle to his friend Tiago, a tiger shark, while they rest in the shade of a tree in a park near a beach with coastal gardens. In the distance, a pair of palm trees and the skyline of the Tidebay city can be seen.

Sometimes when Roberto hyperfocuses on his own thoughts, he does things that nobody understands, maybe not even himself..

An illustration of Roberto, a hammerhead sharkfolk, allegorizing a humorous image of a Big Brother contestant sitting, clutching his chest while silently reflecting.

Roberto is in the same pose on a pouf, looking thoughtful, while holding a drink.

digital art of my monkey ball sona and gongon. Freddie holds gongons face gently to lean in and kiss him, gongon on the other hand is extremely flustered and sweaty , gripping the fabric of his shirt as he awkwardly leans in to reciprocate the kiss Freddie initiated.

digital art of my monkey ball sona and gongon. freddie is wrapping gongon’s injured arm with bandages, looking a bit shy about holding the ape’s larger arm in his grasp. gongon has a nervous stare, bandages on his face after being roughed up earlier. He looks at Freddie flustered, letting him work, a huff of hair leaving him out of embarrassment.

I finally finished this silly animation sketch. The Tidebay city still has old houses that aren't adapted to all of the sharkfolk's heights, which means Roberto's clumsiness has some consequences! 💫

As a bonus, I thought I'd do this little scene too. It seems that Roberto took advantage of his denticle shedding to visit his tattoo artist friend Marina and give new meaning to his tattoos! 🦈✨ #shark #sharkfolk

An illustration of my two sharkfolk characters, Roberto, a great hammerhead shark, and Marina, a great white shark.

Roberto is sitting on a small stool touching up his tattoos with his childhood friend Marina in her tattoo studio. The background shows pots of tropical plants, a table with tools, a floor lamp, and a window overlooking a garden outside.

Time to get back to what matters, my shorks OC's! I had the idea of redesigning Roberto's tattoos to make them more meaningful, so I did some studies of how they would look on his body! 🦈✨ (Or just an excuse to draw Berto shirtless?) #shark #sharkfolk

A concept art illustration exploring ideas for redesigning the tattoos of my sharkfolk character, Roberto. It shows the tattoos on his body from various angles.

There are three tattoos in total:

On his right arm: A misty moon between clouds.

On his left arm: Stylized giant ocean waves that start on his forearm and end as starry nebulae on his chest.

On his back: Some kind of mythological figure, a type of cosmic creature with three heads with stars in place of heads and a fish tail at the end, a kind of fanciful stylization of three shooting stars.

Over time, mystical beliefs began to surround the fossil. It was said that sleeping next to it could induce premonitory dreams. Scholars attributed the fossil's origin to a supposed ancient people who had fled into a collective dream, fading into their own dreams, hence the name "The Dreamfaders".

The illustration depicts an ancient, worn mural, representing a ritual for inducing premonitory dreams through a human fossil. Between two fish-shaped candlesticks, a sharkfolk lies asleep on a bed, covered by an ornate blanket, next to a pedestal on which rests a human skull adorned with a jewel on its forehead. Above, there is a representation of a dream where an unknown humanoid figure offers a kind of hourglass to the sharkfolk, who appears surprised.

It is unknown whether the scene depicted actually happened and what its real meaning was.

Reposting this old art because I made some minor changes (I do this often dsfkjhgsdfg). It looks like Roberto is involved in a supernatural adventure, accompanied by his little human specter friend! What are these two searching for? 🦈👻✨ #shark #sharkfolk

Roberto, the great hammerhead shark, explores the ruins of an ancient museum destroyed by Typhon's storm. He holds a flashlight and carries a mysterious human spirit in his backpack, who accompanies him in silence.

The place, shrouded by the phenomenon called “cursed salt mist”, is covered in a permanent fog. Salt crystals sprout everywhere and a supernatural presence seem to lurk among the rubble.

The spirit that accompanies Roberto is liquid and translucent. Sometimes little tropical fish of extinct species float around him, as if attracted by his presence.

The museum's architecture is full of organic curves and ornate tiles. Decorated columns show a crab with a human face holding the moon between its pincers, an ancient symbol of a historical figure revered by the sharkfolk.
