Yesterday my dog started shitting blood so I had to take away his bully stick that was getting him through his adjustment to my husband starting to work. This morning he was searching his dog bed and our bedroom for it. I wish I had an alternative bully stick that doesn't make him shit blood.

Took my dog to the vet because he doesn't want to eat again. She tried giving him some dog safe fruit and my dog spat most of them out except the strawberry that he made a face while eating.

There is something weird my mind does when reading a scene in a book that has domestic violence. My mind makes it seem like that person is possessed by a Dr. Jekyll personality disorder or literally turns into a monster. But in the books, it's just some controlling rich guy.

I wish gyms had a doggy day care I could take my dog to. He's my buddy. If I leave my house to exercise, why wouldn't I take him? Every time I think about starting to go to a gym, I start feeling bad because that's time I could be enriching my dog's life by walking him.
