Absolutely incredible news this morning. They ran Joseph's blood work, and his kidney levels are NO LONGER in failure territory!!!!!!!! The vet will keep him this weekend to continue administering fluids and medication. We're going to see him later today ❤️ thank you everyone for thinking of him

He and Slider are the OGs. Joe was on the grounds first before we moved in but was also very feral and skiddish. One night in January Slider came hiking out of the woods and right in the back door. I caught Joe that May. She taught Joe how to be an inside fella.

Sure you can use flock cameras and people at a desk sifting footage for a no-knock warrant. Or you can just hold a parcel of land that creates some parks & rec jobs, spends within the local economy for outside services, and offers a purge outlet for people to not do crime in industrial parks.

I think the government should take more of a vested stake in racing facilities in the name of law enforcement and crime abatement as it relates to reckless driving. No one is doing more to promote street racing right now than Elon Musk via Darryl Cuttell.

The timing of the sale is also bad news bears b/c it's gonna mean sitting on most of this land for 6 months before you can think about working it. So whoever buys these parcels is gonna be sitting quietly and then one day it's gonna be a fleet of rigs with dozers and earthmovers coming down the road

That's what lends it perfectly to a data center once the heat dies down and the moritorium lifts because the only construction activity going up in this country is data centers. Meta's Richland Louisiana project is a prime example of how you can fuck up a community with zero consequences quietly.

Kil-kare has had a bunch of money dumped into it but that doesn't mean shit here either. It's also on a flood plane so it's not like it's hurting for ground water for a data center. SMI could buy Rockingham but without Cup tv money there's no reason to think it won't become Kentucky Jr or worse.

I don't see how any of them go for less than developable parcels that have already been turned into commercial or residential developments in that area. I know there won't be a sweetheart deal for racers because they're all on the block for top bid where you can't see the other bids.

The Spire HL charter is also not making money. It's just losing as little as possible while bolstering the Spire presence. This is why I don't see how the HL charter system really works long term You'll get out with something as opposed to nothing but you've still lost way more something over time

Spire has its own High Limit charter with Chilis money backed by Gainbridge for Gio Scelzi. I wouldn't be shocked to see them run an extra car for Kasey at a few events like Skagit/Knoxville depending how the schedules conflict. But I wouldn't expect an influx of Spire money to KKR.

We both very much remember how much fun FE was when it was new because it offered up a product that had not been seen before. New cars and new tires (purposely constructed around the new cars) with new capabilities offers a chance to recapture that glory folks experienced during Gen 1.
