american masculinity is so amazing. caring about clothes as a man apparently makes you "gay" but our position on geopolitics totally depends on whether you wear a suit

Thankfully my parents ask my sister and me about every questionable text they get. Like, is it a little annoying to get asked whether an obviously scammy text is legit? A little, but at least I don't worry that they're getting ripped off or getting their identities stolen.

FRIENDS REMEMBER TO USE THE PODFIC AVAILABLE TAG IF YOUR FIC HAS A PODFIC Makes it easy to see what I can put in my earholes (and ALSO makes it easy for podficcers to identify which ones don’t have podfics!!)

Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine just posted a reminder on Bluesky that US residents can get four free COVID tests from the federal government by visiting covidtests.gov or calling 1-800-232-0233. I just ordered mine and it was fast and easy -- get yours today! We're all gonna need 'em this winter and it'll be good to have 'em on hand.

The new HIGHLY INVASIVE ad monitoring & selling framework is now live in Google Chrome & it's ON by default, so you MUST EXPLICITLY OPT OUT. We all know this is bad, but here's how to do it: Settings>Privacy & Security>Ad Privacy, disable all 3 options: Ad Topics, Site-suggested Ads, Ad Measurement
