Glad everyone is okay. If you can, invest in a dash cam. I did for this exact reason after my wife had a near miss. I feel like people are getting worse at driving in general. I know this sounds like an old-person thing to say but I genuinely feel like the chronic distraction is a huge factor.

John Blanche was an icon, the 2e #40k box art lived proudly on my shelf for a long time, and kickstarted a lifelong interest in hobby games. The WH community and GW are a complex topic but my heart always has a spot for his art, and his ability to convey the absurd world of 40k so boldly. RIP :(

TIL about "hopepunk" and "noblebright" and I really wish we would stop inventing rigid terms for things that could just be thoughtful discourse. Also, adding the word "punk" onto everything ever, is immensely obnoxious. The word holds weight that most are only using as a surface level buzzword.
