Don't be afraid of carbs! Eat mostly whole grains, but pasta has resistant starch the 2nd day, so it's got its own good qualities! You can always add a little toasted wheat brand to a mixed grain cereal to give it more fiber!

From what I understand, MAGA hate groups will start to infiltrate our peaceful protest marches, causing violence. The Right will blame Dems- we'll be jailed. Trump will cause us to war against each other, then he will rule without elections. Unless both sides get smart & don't play into his plan.
