American Red Wolves F2189 (Pika) and M2235 (Ben) always raise their voices LOUDLY to be heard in a sanctuary-wide howl. Each wolf’s howl is unique, and over time, animal care staff are actually able to identify individual voices. Can you hear how different Pika’s howl is from Ben’s? #wolfsanctuary

While enjoying a recent meal, American Red Wolf M2403 (Ghost) had a rather bold raven watching over his shoulder... ravens benefit greatly from wolves by gaining access to high quality protein, but there is always risk in getting too close. We find occasional raven carcasses that are proof of this!
