It's about this guy who sees the words 'eat people' when he reads the Confucian classics, and begins to realise that the people in his village have been cannibals for centuries. 9/11 was a domestic take on Gladio techniques, as was OKC in the 90s. The GWOT was a war not just against the enemy, but against the people of the USA. Essentially, the trauma from the GWOT was a betrayal trauma, and that is processed much differently.
