Budd Inlet at low tide.

As seen from the Fourth Avenue Bridge in Olympia.

The blue heron rookery left of the abandoned train tracks reflects the sky in a pool of water. Herons love to fish in these conditions. I have watched as many as a dozen gathered all at once.

The main body of Budd Inlet is blue.

As is the sky.
With some lovely clouds in the distance.
