Haha yes that’s very true and I do totally love those months, I think it’s the lack of sunshine and moths😉 I’m back running again and that does help me a lot! It’s just that kick out of bed at times that’s soo difficult isn’t, I mean you want to do it but you can’t, do you know what I mean?

Bless you Debbie! I’m so pleased it’s been improving! It’s so difficult to get yourself up and moving at times isn’t! I struggle at times and moving into the autumn/winter it always gets worse for me,
