I think i've seen more therapists atp than members of my family and it took years to find the ones that worked. You got this, we love you!!

Cold quitting coffee has been brutal but things are starting to get better in week two. Unfortunately I have discovered that if i quit drinking coffee, i can't substitute nothing for it. will have to start eating actual breakfast again and not just half an uncrustable ugh.
