Rest in peace Annie Dillard, one of the best to ever do it. "The Writing Life" is an all-timer for me

These dweebs on nba2k are mad that you can gave a girl player model, saying its "unrealistic," when theyve been able to look like dinosaurs and robots and shit for years and that never bothered them lol

Some dork mad that your player model can be a girl, saying its unrealistic when they dunk. Really cringe stuff

Again saying its too unrealistic to see the woman model doing stuff that the myplayer does. Meanwhile...

Dudes have been playing blacktop basketball with robot or dinosaur or spacesuit models for years and ive never seen anyone saying its too unrealistic lol

Remember when the nuggets ran out this lineup

Jokic
Jerami Grant
Bol Bol
Paul Millsap
Plumdog

This isn't a fresh take but it's crazy how much of basketball just comes down to rebounding

010

BILZEEN BALLBALL 🛸 @bilzeenballball.bsky.social · 19/05/2026

I dont get this either. Even if he can't back a guard down, can't he do a little face-up pivot and then just shoot over him?

I like trying different camera angles for basketball but stop whipping the camera around during possessions. Im gonna ralph

this graduation speech moment is notable, and her amazed shock at having failed to read the room feels instructive. when you're inside the bubble, you think everybody else is. but everybody isn't.

I don't want to move AG. Like really really don't want to. That said, I felt the same way about Gary when we traded for AG. I was so upset when it happened. Then AG was amazing and Gary didnt have a great rest of his career. Id love for AG to stay and be healthy, but maybe another path works out too

Good read here. I will be crushed if we move on from Gordon but it's hard to imagine him becoming more available rather than less at this point in his career. It sucks

For a bit of perspective I felt much worse during the Brian Shaw year, the lowest single low being when he didn't play Andre Miller for a game, ending his ironman streak. Dre was yelling at him on the sideline. Theyre cool now but that was probably my least favorite time lol

Maybe i am old school but it tilts me when teams get the switch on a 1-5 pick and roll, and then iso their 1 against the other teams 5. Bring the center outside and feed your big man!!! Mouse in the house!!!!!

Start with an actual 2 way PG (Suggs) and fill out the roster with nothing but SJ's & PW's.
