I waited to say something in case it got fixed, but... Episode 81: So good we made it twice!
A screenshot of the Hugo, Girl! podcast download page. It lists "Double Star" and "A Desolation Called Peace" both as Episode 81.

I just hit the Hollywood pitch chapter. How long before he announces it's been optioned? 😭 (No bets on when it is or was actually optioned, because I'm aware that he seems to have an agent capable of optioning anything. And this is... a thing.)

Never share a misspelling with a friend with too much time on his hands. 🤦🏻‍♂️
A picture of "José y los Pussy Cats" on stage at their instruments, which replaces Josie with the parrot José Carioca from Disney's "The Three Caballeros". He is dressed in a leopard skin outfit like Melody and Valerie (but not a leotard). Credit to my friend, but not enough to name him.

How I differentiate this from the Fourth Doctor's "The Seeds of Doom" is thinking that someone went "Ooo, 'Death' is a bit much for the Mary Whitehouses, we'll go with 'Doom'" for the later production.

Possibly one of many photos, but it's nice to see.
A table at Barnes and Noble in Pearland, Texas, covered in copies of "Starter Villain" by John Scalzi. The sign over it shows the cover of the book, which is a picture of the upper part of a cat in a business suit. The text of the sign reads:

Not to doxx myself, but I live a few blocks away. However, I've lived close enough long enough that first the siren went off for three minutes, then I checked the news, then I went Ugh. Time to turn off the AC again. I found this at the library recently, funny from exaggeration, but not by much.
Text: "When I was six years old, my Uncle Billy was killed in the K-resin facility of the Philips Petroleum complex. Vaporized, actually, except for the steel soles of his work boots, which he left behind on the factory floor like wet silver footprints. Statistically, this was not surprising. If you're a boy growing up in Deer Park, or Pasadena, or any of the other little suburbs east of Houston, the odds are pretty good that Refinery Row will get you sooner or later." In Dune, do Mentats have a drinking problem? Because if they're drinking something that stains, why don't they call it a Mentat Moustache? (Which sounds sexual, so... question answered, I guess.)

I also did the script editing and timing for Nadia and a variety of other titles. But it seems a little surreal that Evangelion is still regularly mentioned, especially in places I wouldn't expect. (This scene with Robin Williams in One Hour Photo made me have to pause and hold my head. 😂)

I've never seen it in English, and I watched it a LOT. First for fun, second for fan fame (helped fan sub the first 8 episodes), then for pay, (VHS 11-26, LD 1-8, first DVD issue 1-26). But I did see Tiffany Grant in an Asuka plug suit perform a scene at A-kon! (I didn't know what was happening.)

Reading Tintin in America, 1931. Tintin blows a hole in the ground, accidentally striking oil. Then he gets offered tens of thousands of dollars from oil men. He explains that it belongs to the native tribe here. "Well, why didn't you say so!" says the man. Me: Haha... ha... YIKES!
Oil man: Here, Hiawatha! Twenty-five dollars, and half an hour to pack your bags and quit the territory!
Native: Has Paleface gone mad?
