Only things I can think of are: a) Strasbourg (once again) forces the UK to stop breaching the Human Rights of trans people. or b) We change the voting system and get a rainbow coalition that forces concessions from Labour. Both of these things are unlikely though.

The License fee should not be extended to private streaming services that we already pay for. Not only is it an affront to the consumer, but it sets the precedent that the BBC can just get away with being an awful broadcaster safe in the knowledge it’ll be bailed out by the hard working Brit.
