Last month I drastically cut down my Adobe subscription to only include Premiere (learning curve and archived files keeps me there for now) and did things like move from Photoshop to Photopea and only use the free PDF reader. Best decision in a long time.

Here’s a radical idea for big business. Instead of claiming ownership of anything anyone does while working for you, encourage creative side projects. And if those ideas turn into something tangible, be the first to consider funding it. Employee morale and your future opportunities both go up.

GREAT Eberron session last night. My 10yo designed the encounters, items, and even created and drew M4RK the Mechanical Mimic that the group’s bard befriended by feeding it coal. Final boss fight was against the Ochre Jelly Queen. Skeleton torso fused with an Ochre Jelly. Terrifying.
