Dull and repetitive is the best we can hope for with most sports games tbh lol

Haha I always get the regional names mixed up. Good thing I shared the box art which corrected me

Quick obscure game appreciation post. Every time I'm asked about hidden gems of the OG Xbox library, this is my top suggestion and most people have never heard of Shadow of Destiny (Shadow of Memories on PS2 in NA region). No spoilers but please play this game. It is amazing

Just picked up a 4hr shift and made $112. I used to work 12hrs across 3 days a week to make $125 in 2011. Low paying jobs today pay 3x what they did 15 years ago in the Seattle area. Inflation is wild. No wonder boomers have no concept of reality anymore

A truly anticlimactic ending for a truly anticlimactic game

042

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Bad game, worse than I remember from my childhood haha

040

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Doing well not spending money and paying off debt lately but I had to get this one once I realized it existed Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3 with all DLC and OSTs on discs? Amazing! Long live physical media

The looksmaxxing to prison sentence maxxing pipeline is not surprising at all

Mfw^^ I was the only one still in the building too. Most of the lights were off and I just barely saw the little bastard out the corner of my eye haha

Picked up a shift at my old part time job tonight. Clocked out a little after midnight and saw a rat run across the floor. So glad I don't actually work there anymore lmao

Finished Granblue Fantasy Relink trophy hunt after 167 hours but at what cost?

010

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Just had to join a discord server in order to download a firmware update for my modded PS1. Not a fan of that at all

020

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Not so hot take One of the worst things you can do as a streamer is use one of these stupid ugly template logo generators Also don't pay scammers for these lol

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Why do so many bus drivers drive like they never actually got their license?

020

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Thanks, Kayla! It was really devastating but we're finally starting to get a sense of normalcy.

We're starting up a PS1 Disney game Subathon because it is my birthday month and I want to fall in love with gaming and streaming again. Stop by if you can. Subscribe / gift some subs if you can. It would all mean a lot to me right now! 🧵2/2 twitch.tv/bigtallnotsmall

Hey today is my return stream. I haven't been on because the part time co-host of my stream (my very close friend who translated JP region exclusive games with me) passed away extremely unexpectedly. Today, we're hopping back on the horse and keeping the dream alive 🧵1/2

Having a sex mini game that boosts your team's health / abilities in a PVP game but immediately removing it in a title update is one of the most hilarious things I've heard of in a while

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

I had a dream last night that my brother became obsessed with using ChatGPT for everything and my whole family was so embarrassed and devastated lol

Highlight of PAX Day 1 so far has been the PS1 Toy Story area lol. Hyped

Catch me live around 2pm PST tomorrow at LANFest's Charity Stream Zone! We will be talking more about @ssbfgames.bsky.social's indie game Super Choppy and the work that has gone into the game's development and showing off our demo!

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Yeah sure. I'll dig out my old PS3 and see if I can help haha

110

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

This looks rough haha. Would love to play it one day

010

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Hey what exactly would you need? I think I still have my old save file on PS3 and definitely have my old save file on the PS5 version

110

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

Lmao "no sudden movements or Poop Dungeon will punish you"

030

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

If Xbox cleans up their UI, adds a real "platinum trophy" equivalent to achievements, continues manufacturing physical discs and adds digital licenses to disc ownership like they say they will, I will likely switch back from PS5 to my Series X as my main modern console

50 year mortgage? I've been thinking about taking a 50 year vacation instead

Best thing about working at 5am is commuting to work when the city streets are empty.

Normies are finally learning that Kingdom Hearts games are more difficult than Dark Souls games?

240

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

Should I be posting everything I put on YT onto Bilibili as well? Seems like English YouTube videos are being stolen and uploaded there. Might as well cut out the middleman I think?

010

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

Nah, I just have the passes I need!

000

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

Same. "Ohh are you a digital artist? I've been looking for one everywhere. I sure hope you can show me your portfolio!"

210

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

Finally took a few quick pics of the (mostly) OG Xbox shelf. This is just the front layer so this is about half of the CIB OG Xbox games we have! Not far from having the full library

020

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Wtf I had no idea there were that many Disgaea games, damn

020

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

I was just informed that apparently one of my best friends just passed away. This past year has been extremely rough

010

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

I have 3 Twitch accounts. I made that 3rd one just for the Always On music radio idea. Just converted it into a chat bot account for my main profile

100

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

Same thing they did with my music stream idea. Nothing in the Twitch TOS says anything about not allowing a 24/7 music stream. It's nonsense. I also only was broadcasting original music I made

100

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

I still haven't played CAT or Tenerezza yet so both of those would be great to see! I still need to play the Triangle Again games too

020

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

Awesome project! I'll add the patch to my Xbox later today. Any plans for other OG Xbox JP region exclusive release translations?

120

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

Hey, thanks for tagging me! Definitely makes my job easier when I get around to this title. Appreciate that! Also sorry for the lack of streams lately. Medical stuff + working OT + game dev crunch time before PAX has been a lot. Should pick back up in September after PAX West weekend

110

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 31/07/2026

Hey thanks! I started broadcasting a while ago on that new channel with my new music project and Twitch banned all 3 of my accounts for a week and said that style of channel wasn't allowed lol. Took it offline within like 2 days I think. Makes no sense. Says nothing about that in their TOS

100

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 29/07/2026

Only thing that has stayed consistent my entire life is an irrational fear of my balls getting tangled up in a knot. I don't think it's even that irrational but I definitely spend way too much time overthinking it

010

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

New idea for ASMR content Instead of being way too close to the mic, the camera is just way too zoomed in We're going to make millions

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 13/07/2026

Anyone I know going to PAX West 2026? I'll be co-hosting some cool stuff (I guess I'm not supposed to talk about yet) this year! It was fun meeting a few online friends for the first time IRL at Sakura Con this year. I'll be at PAX all 4 days!

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 11/07/2026

Took me months and months to figure out a fix. I have learned enough about troubleshooting computers that I could open a PC repair shop at this point lol

010

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

WE'RE BACK IN BUSINESS HOLY SHIT I had to underclock my RAM and now the system is stable lol. The easiest fix was sitting there in front of me the whole time. I'm so glad I don't have to buy new RAM sticks
