A truly anticlimactic ending for a truly anticlimactic game

Bad game, worse than I remember from my childhood haha

Doing well not spending money and paying off debt lately but I had to get this one once I realized it existed Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3 with all DLC and OSTs on discs? Amazing! Long live physical media

Picked up a shift at my old part time job tonight. Clocked out a little after midnight and saw a rat run across the floor. So glad I don't actually work there anymore lmao

Finished Granblue Fantasy Relink trophy hunt after 167 hours but at what cost?

Just had to join a discord server in order to download a firmware update for my modded PS1. Not a fan of that at all

Not so hot take One of the worst things you can do as a streamer is use one of these stupid ugly template logo generators Also don't pay scammers for these lol

Why do so many bus drivers drive like they never actually got their license?

Hey today is my return stream. I haven't been on because the part time co-host of my stream (my very close friend who translated JP region exclusive games with me) passed away extremely unexpectedly. Today, we're hopping back on the horse and keeping the dream alive 🧵1/2

Having a sex mini game that boosts your team's health / abilities in a PVP game but immediately removing it in a title update is one of the most hilarious things I've heard of in a while

Catch me live around 2pm PST tomorrow at LANFest's Charity Stream Zone! We will be talking more about @ssbfgames.bsky.social's indie game Super Choppy and the work that has gone into the game's development and showing off our demo!

If Xbox cleans up their UI, adds a real "platinum trophy" equivalent to achievements, continues manufacturing physical discs and adds digital licenses to disc ownership like they say they will, I will likely switch back from PS5 to my Series X as my main modern console

Should I be posting everything I put on YT onto Bilibili as well? Seems like English YouTube videos are being stolen and uploaded there. Might as well cut out the middleman I think?

Finally took a few quick pics of the (mostly) OG Xbox shelf. This is just the front layer so this is about half of the CIB OG Xbox games we have! Not far from having the full library

Anyone I know going to PAX West 2026? I'll be co-hosting some cool stuff (I guess I'm not supposed to talk about yet) this year! It was fun meeting a few online friends for the first time IRL at Sakura Con this year. I'll be at PAX all 4 days!

WE'RE BACK IN BUSINESS HOLY SHIT I had to underclock my RAM and now the system is stable lol. The easiest fix was sitting there in front of me the whole time. I'm so glad I don't have to buy new RAM sticks

I really need to get updated pictures of my current physical game collection. It has overrun my entire apartment at this point so it would be a project just to get pics of it all lmao

One of the real reasons owning a space will never be an option for me is because of HOAs. I refuse to live somewhere that has an HOA, let alone pay $1000/month to essentially continue having a landlord. Crazy world we live in

So many 2/10, 3/10 and 4/10 games on my OG Xbox completion list lately lol. PAL region and JP region exclusive games are tough to get through

I was starting to think there would be a new golden age of modern gaming with so many beloved IPs being revived. AAA studios were actually making good games for the past couple years No physical media pretty much kills my interest in monetarily supporting the industry (besides indies of course)

I went to set up for a stream now that I have completely reinstalled Windows 11 on my computer and it says there is a new update that will take 20min-1hr to complete lol awesome

Why the fuck aren't people buying physical copies of things? Great job, guys!

If GTA 6's budget is really $2 - 3 billion and they're selling for $80, they would have to sell 30M - 40M copies to break even? There are only about 30 games in existence that have sold that many copies so we'll see how that goes lol

100

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 26/06/2026

Guys, I still haven't played GTA4 or 5. Probably won't buy GTA6 till it's like $10 on sale in a couple years. Especially if it's digital only. Makes me care even less about the series

Idk guys, I just don't see gaming as a gendered thing at all. Watching TV, reading books, playing an instrument, listening to music, etc. Gaming is just another hobby that people in general engage in.

One of my favorite things to do on the internet is look through 1-star reviews, especially for places that have overall ratings of 3 stars or less. The pure concentration of hatred that goes into people's reviews is gold sometimes

Still sorting out tech issues with my computer that is causing it to reboot every time I try to stream. Next thing I'm trying is updating the firmware on the SSD that Windows 11 is installed on. Hoping to be back to streaming again soon

I might just start fucking around and applying to random $150k+ salary jobs that require masters degrees that I am wildly unqualified for and uninterested in. It would take one sucker to take the bait and I would just have to make a good impression once and I'd be set for life

BigTallNotSmall @bigtallnotsmall.bsky.social · 20/05/2026

It looks like I am not scheduled for 9 days straight starting Friday. I will probably stream for at least 70 hours of those 9 days. I can't wait, man. We're beating some OG Xbox games soon
