Ignore me. I was in my cups. I grew up fishing in Cape Hatteras and my dad put on an annual fishing tournament. We watched PETA and the Audubon Society take pictures of tire tracks off the trail and use those as proof to NPS to close off the interdune access trails and even some of the main ramps.
