Fun fact: They probably already are legally liable. The laws just aren't being enforced. Western countries have basically stopped prosecuting "elites" for illegal activities. It's wild. If I hacked a government server, in Canada, I'd be going to jail, basically for the rest of my natural life.

Let me be very clear. The people who made this are at fault, and should be serving multiple decades long sentences based on the volume of laws they have broken. Just because they made something that hacks the internet on its own- does not mean they aren't responsible.

Tens of thousands of incidents. No, AI is no conscious, but yes, AI is a genuine threat to the internet at this stage. It is ruining the public internet and the utilities it depends on, leaving damage that will take billions to fix. This technology should be shut down.

I really wish governments in Canada would realize calling elections early always goes poorly in the modern era. Even when governments are popular, the public will almost immediately, always turn on whoever called an 'unnecessary' election. :\ And now BC is heading towards something very dark.
