It makes me feel like I am a prop for someone else to have fun or get off. I've never gotten anything from it. It's me entertaining someone else while I get nothing. No idea how people do it.

I learned it is not. Best regards, 3am to 11am

Merch can be really hard. Upfront investment for physical items that remains a risk until you find enough people that have a need and the money for just that specific thing. Can't blame you for feeling apprehensive about it.

It was so much fun, I didn't even know about other racing games existing since this is what I had 😅

I never know what to put there. It hasn't even occured to me to put color or commissioner or artist in there. I put words thag describe the scene and it's kinda just whatever random thing I can come up. "bird eagle sentri macro big happy waving" 😅

The Golden Crowned Kinglets were all bathing this afternoon. There are 6 videos of them here. I believe they all took a turn. I will post some on this thread. #Birds i think this one is immature.

This seems like the simplest explanation. It's distraction to keep the stock price from crashing.

The GFM is up now. With my mom in police custody & on ICE hold despite being in the US for nearly 3 decades, this puts me & my family in a very tough spot If you can, I ask y'all to send some love & support our way to help us fight for our mom's freedom from this unjust system. gofund.me/5506965b6

An image statement featuring my fursona, Choco, with a concerned expression (sticker made by @freddy1565.bsky.social), with a header reading "help us bring back our mom & stay afloat"

The description below reads, "yesterday, my mom was stopped by police, taken to jail, and has an ICE hold placed on her. Me and my family are hoping & praying for her release. She is the breadwinner of our family & we depend on her.

We need financial support to stay on top of bills & to help pay for any legal fees as we fight to bring our mom back home to us.

Here's the link to our GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/5506965b6"

I think my roller coaster is stuck at the busy and intense parts. Haven't had calm or waiting or exciting in years. But I can't tell if the problem is the job or me.

I did the thing! Started on the NES, a little detour on PS1, then PC MMORPGs for decades 😅 #My9Games

It must be one of those things that works only rarely but is so low effort that it's worth it? I don't get it

My latest facepalm is "We saw you purchased some new speakers. We thought you'd like 10 emails a day for sets of speakers!" Like I just bought them. From YOU. Why do you think I need duplicates?? Uuugh

I didn't manage to get much anything at work today. It is very hard to know if this is something I am doing wrong, or if I'm set up to fail, or something else. Jumbled mess of guilt, anxiety, sadness, and hurry. I'm not sure what to make of it. How can I make myself be better?

Yeah I am going to do some thinking and planning in the coming weeks so I can figure out when it would work out. It's scary!

I do not. And I am so exhausted and cynical every day that I don't think I even care. I wouldn't hire me at this state. I would be taking a break if anything.

Recently I've been entertaining this idea of quitting my corpo job. I am pretty sure it is either the best idea I've ever had or the worst idea I've ever had. Feels... exhilarating? But also scary 😬

I heard rustling behind the fence so I went to look. Then I heard rustling above me and was greeted by this little face! Turns out is was mama raccoon rustling behind the fence, and baby on top!

Not exactly the same but I've had "hey can you draw this in (some other artist)'s style?" Like, no? Go commission them??

They cut our bonuses and raises this year "because the economy". I don't think they did the same for the executives. Meanwhile company makes record profits.

I got "flea'd" at AC and the person asked me about it beforehand, made a whole scene about it and it was the funniest thing and made my day. But if someone was clipping stuff to my suit and didn't tell me I would not enjoy it. I don't trust people to know what is okay and what damages the fur.

BigPurpleSentri @bigpurplesentri.com · 16/09/2026

I want it to go both ways too. If I draw something, it's not a request for a trade or a promise of more stuff later. It was just a thing stuck in my brain at the time 😅

I wish there were more casual & gentle macros! I've unfollowed so many people for this. I dislike that macro is so often equated to violence. I'm no kaiju, I am a toon!

Making educational content without gimmicks sure seems like an uphill battle these days. I hope you are proud of all you've created! I certainly look up to you as a role model for how to make genuine, entertaining, and informative videos.

BigPurpleSentri @bigpurplesentri.com · 11/09/2026

Trust me, there is no way you could get me to watch an hour long video about water heaters/dehumidifiers/heat pumps if it was just a trick. Your videos ARE honest and truly informative. A breath of fresh air that isn't filled with monetization. I can spend an hour knowing I'll learn new things!

My friend did some work for the state for fish passable streams, and it is one of my favorite things to hear about. Feels like success after success. A dam gets removed and miraculously the salmon return IMMEDIATELY. So happy that my state is putting effort to restore the streams.
