I heard rustling behind the fence so I went to look. Then I heard rustling above me and was greeted by this little face! Turns out is was mama raccoon rustling behind the fence, and baby on top!

I am glad I got to see so many of you at Anthrocon! It was so fun to talk to folks and give out hugs! I missed many and had to cut out plans to survive the heat but I still managed to have a lot of fun. I have lots of photos that I'll be sharing soon. ☺️ So grateful to be part of this community 💜

Really enjoying the Formula 1 season this time around. Is anyone else following? Also I can relate to Russell here. I feel like this at my own job on most days.

I took this bucketlist-worthy photo exactly 9 years ago. It is a critically endangered Saimaa Ringed Seal. There were only 320 individuals back then. Today there are 530+!! That's a 66% increase in less than a decade! Conservation works!! 🦭🇫🇮🌎

As of this week, my lady Carmen is 90 years old. One year older than my house! These things were built to last. My new accordion is mostly plastic, whereas this one is wood, metal, cardboard, and leather! Still plays just fine 💜🪗 Art by Getterdone Studio, gifted by a good bird @ahab.bird.gay
