A flowchart for the demo of a heavily branching visual novel, Catalyst: Blind Faith. Scenes, choices menus, and deaths or early endings are distinguished with different sized boxes. It shows a massive amount of divergence within each of the demo's chapters. Additionally, at certain points in the chronology of the flowchart, chapter numbers have numerous titles associated with each. This indicates where the player's choices causes a divergence significant enough to get an alternate version of each chapter. Work in progress, grayscale, hand drawn art for the dark fantasy and horror visual novel Catalyst: Blind Faith. A loosely sketched woman with a dark cloak and fluffy hair lies on the ground, her face obscured by her hair as she looks at a a slender, heavily scarred young man. This priest of murder, the protagonist, is seen in third person perspective while his deity works through him. He's in an unnatural pose, leaning heavily to one side, which the dutch angle corrects so he appears to be kneeling perfectly upright. Motes of darkness and light drift around him. His hands are held in front of him, but loosely closed instead of in fists. He stares unblinking as light and darkness oozes from his eyes down his unemotional face.
