When an actor was fired from their role in a Hoyo project (not a striking actor, to be clear) another Hoyo actor publicly criticized them. Someone replied to the actor's criticism saying "aren't you the least concerned your colleague lost their job?" The response: "Colleague? I've never met them."

As a reminder, audiences are allowed to stop engaging with a creator for literally any reason. There is no principle you can invoke to say that someone is entitled to keep having an audience.

Erm, achtually, you don't need anything higher than 1080p. Your eyes can't even process 4K, it's a myth perpetrated by Ol' Chris Nolan. We only conceded and added it to the Nintendo Switch 2 before he started proposing 5K.

i should clarify, when i write people doing bad things, it's because i am bad. they are me. more importantly, when you read about those bad things, they also become you. that's how story works. in fact, you are going to think about murder before this skeet ends. how's that feel, sicko.

“This popular rapist brings to mind questions of rehabilitation and repair—“ Shut up!! Shut up. If you’re not the victim, or responding to a victim *specifically* asking for action that centers rehabilitation, shut the fuck up! It’s actually fucked up that this is the primary thing on your mind!

i dont think its that hard to let that shit go and to try to be better than our inspirations, to let that person vanish as a public figure for anything else, its not really ours to decide and it sucks that it wasnt the victim who brought it forward i think thats all im saying on that mess for now

Seeking “accountability” as a political goal does not appeal to me. Not on a macro or a micro scale. I don’t take responsibility for changing hearts or minds. And, too often, it seems to run cover for certain styles of intimate coercion. When my enemies make themselves I take them at their word.

unrelated but i was told my main class teacher this semester was "nice and welcoming and overall a very kind and understanding person" but all i've gotten from her have been dismissive remarks to what i have proposed and just overall a very uncaring and a frankly classic unmemorable teacher attitude
