I think it should be studied how Arator was mishandled and meant to be the "Golden Poster Boy" for Midnight & just wasn't well received as wanted. And somebody like Jan who probably wasn't meant to be seen this positively is actually the "Golden Boy" for the expansion for many.

An 'evolutionary chart' (by fantasy race standards anyway) detailing THE REAL answer to the current haranir historical debate that's afoot.

It all starts with grell, y'see. BIG EARS means BIG magic absorption powers. Like eevee from pokemon, or a kitchen towel. They absorb all the stuff and with time and saturation, they mutate into something else. Much like a kitchen towel. You really should wash that.

Eventually, with time came THE GREAT HUNTER. Featured in hearthstone which we know is canon. Where's my fancy Gadgetzan blizzard? I have the right to know! Anyway, the great hunter was fantastic with rocks. It was given some by a robot dude in northrend and now he has a huge brain.

Look what you did, Mimiron. now the grell has anxiety and a terrible need to hyperfocus on a singular task- but occasionally half ass it. He's just like me, for real.

Leaving that guy be, time comes crawling along. Those dudes mimiron didn't give rocks to decided to go into a cave, because the acoustics were INCREDIBLE. Problem with caves, they're a bit of an echo chamber. Smugness occurred.

Time crawled more, the dudes that didn't go in the cave decided that civilisation seemed like a cool idea. What could go wrong? Smugness. Architecture got pretty fancy here. Shame about all the giant horrors beyond mortal comprehension wrecking things up.

Titan ripped open a hole in the planet and just left goop EVERYWHERE. Sounds like a GREAT place to take a nap. Now you have extra fingers and way too much smugness to contain. It's SO bad in fact, the planet couldn't handle it and split in half. Good job. As if splitting wasn't a big enough problem, you did a schism.

Now you're on a boat, thirsty and eating any magic you come across. Hey, your cousin six million years ago or whatever time we've decided the planet is NOW ate a green rock and he turned out fine. Maybe you should try that!
