When it gets late in my U17 teams, i remind them that the first thing to go is concentration. The mind forgets to run earlier than the body fails to run. I have faith in Noni and Arteta to improve his game IQ.

Where is accountability for media and broadcasters for this? For years, they sold consumers a league fueled by fraud while they celebrated the success of cheaters. Many profitted from City's fraud. Many suffered too. Other sports and leagues suffered as a result of this doping.

My only concern with mode of thinking is that when they all started and played alot of minutes, we eventually lost them all to injury. Last season was not a fluke, but a likely result from the minutes in previous seasons. Once UCL starts, we need to rotate

People often think a layoff, redundancy, or in this case a sale/trade will never happen to them, until it does. Fear of this happening is healthy IMO, otherwise complaceny culture may set in. Bedside manner is nice to have, not a must have IMO. Occassional ruthlessness is good

I'm probably just jaded from a life in corporate america... lol. But even when we hear stories from retired players, they commonly refer to the time they were surprised or suddenly told they were surplus. Leo stole the PL spot from Gabi long ago. Ill miss him, but think he may have been naive

This is best case in my view textbook player progression; find the right attitude, character and skills, provide platform and opportunity, elevate within squad, sell before value erodes. Sometimes it takes ruthlessness to show a player the door. I blame noone
