I wonder if it will become easy to buy inexpensive used PHEV cars with a very lightly used internal combustion engine. For example, my PHEV Volvo has 30,000 miles on the odometer, but I estimate only around 7,500 miles on the ICE.

How does Iran conflict end? My WAGs in descending order of likeliness: 1. TACO (Trump walks away; no deal). 2. Bomb Iran to stone age. 3. Real deal that opens strait w/o Iran control (<5% chance?) 4. Very long stalemate. 5. Deal w/ Iran control of strait. So I guess go long oil?

I have zero reason to believe there is any kind of manipulation here. My best guess is that arbs shorted in advance of the lockup and covered as the lockup expired. (I predicted that might happen in advance BTW).
