$299’s pretty wild. Not an attractive price at all considering many people simply use the apps on their tv and/or game console for media. I gave my parents my fourth-generation (2015) Apple TV back in 2018 and my mom still uses it regularly to play music & watch TV through YouTube TV. 11 years old.

It’s far easier for me to go back to 16-bit games than games from the PlayStation/N64 gen. Heck, even during the time I preferred the way Donkey Kong Country looked compared to most 1996-1997 PlayStation games.
