The second (and much longer) chapter of my Willow origin story for @bg3fatespinsalong.bsky.social is up! 💜✨ In this one, we gain a deeper understanding of who Willow was when she first left home — young, innocent, and desperately lacking in the street smarts she will someday come to have. #GGGBfics

A snippet of the story on a purple background. It reads:

“I could take you back home,” he suggests, waving a hand in the air. There’s a sudden shift in his tone — something less displeased. “Or, I could take you to a bigger city, like ya said.”

Willow shakes her head, just once. “I don’t have any more—”

“I’m not asking for gold,” he says, quieter than anything else. Not that it would matter — Willow can’t hear a single soul around them. It’s early morning, nearly an entire day since she left her home, and no one is bustling about this part of Daggerford yet. Maybe Daggerford is never bustling, because Willow was basing her daydreams off of the city’s name alone.

“Shame we already passed Baldur’s Gate,” the driver continues, unabashed by Willow’s silence. “You’d be better off. But I wouldn’t mind taking a girl like you back around. S’long as you entertain me on the way.”

Astarion and Lark embrace, hovering gracefully in front a stained-glass window. There are ten wine glasses positioned in an arc above them. The two center glasses are spilling over, and wine is pouring down.

The tarot piece I did for @bg3fatespinsalong.bsky.social !! I chose "The Star" not only because of Astarion's name sake, but because it's a light that guides them and reminds them they are each other's safe haven. ♥ #aureliatav #bg3art #astarion #tavstarion #tav #bg3 #chocolart

A tarot style illustration of Aurelia, my pink tiefling and Astarion (Baldur's Gate 3) holding a star with the two of them closing their eyes, holding one another close. There are tarot elements such as a gold halo and light shining from them, as well as other decorative shapes.

Here’s my piece for the @bg3fatespinsalong.bsky.social Tarot event! 🔮 Elowynne as the Three of Swords ❤️🗡️ Her past self burdened with heartbreak, trauma and betrayal, whilst the present heals and finds hope but still finds it hard to let go. #oc:elowynne #baldursgate3 #bg3 #bg3art #art #digitalart

A tarot card style art piece depicting my OC Elowynne from Baldur’s Gate 3. There is a past and present version of herself lying together on grass. Her present self is holding onto the hand of her past self and using magic to try and heal her heart which lies between them with three swords piercing through it. Her past self is wearing a white nightgown and her long hair down, and she has a wound on her chest. Her present self is dressed in gold and green armour with leather trousers and a belt.
The piece has a swirly border with the text “Three of Swords” at the bottom.

My tarot card featuring my Warlock Redeemed Durge Nightshade Teyvora as The Chariot for @bg3fatespinsalong.bsky.social! I decided to symbolize her taking control of her life back from Bhaal through her bond with her Aboleth patron! I really love how it turned out actually, & had a lot of fun!💖

A drow half-elf warlock woman floating in space in front of several dark starry tentacle shapes that are also gripping a skull that symbolizes the god of murder Bhaal from BG3. Her name is Nightshade Teyvora & she’s a Warlock with an Aboleth eldritch creature patron.

Willow’s Guide to Starting Over 💜 — my piece for @bg3fatespinsalong.bsky.social The tarot card I chose to represent Willow’s origin story is the Wheel of Fortune 🔮 (1/2) archiveofourown.org/works/864526...

The snippet reads:
Maybe Willow didn’t have to muck stalls forever. Maybe she could be something more.

The day she left was the day she decided to test that theory.

Willow was seventeen when she grew tired of her father’s hand, harsh against her face and tight around his hunting crop. The older she became, the harder she found it to keep her mouth shut when she needed to, and she knew that if she didn’t leave, she would soon push him an inch too far. Willow couldn’t predict what would happen when she did that, but she knew that the farm animals who made him just a shred too sore ended up as bones beneath the grazing fields. She didn’t want to join them.

A tarot-card inspired illustration of Raphael from Baldur's Gate 3.

Raphael is looking down at the viewer with the Crown of Karsus hovering over his head. The background is gold and red.
