An anonymous member of a Facebook group claimed that I was a terrible person who hates LGBTQ people because I invited Cast Members over for a movie night (yet I’m a Christian so that shows my true side). This great CM responded with the true details:

I have seen many from various faiths and traditions who have been inspired by Erika Kirk’s words of forgiveness to the shooter. If she advocates for the death penalty, I fear that all of that is rendered powerless.

My LDS friends like to ask me questions about the Book of Mormon and then leave me on read when I ask follow ups… this is their new strategy for the last month.

You know you work at Disney when your first thought is “Disney’s Hollywood Studios” even though you know it’s not correct

A few months ago, I found a vending machine on Tom Sawyer Island at Magic Kingdom that sells $9 bottles of Coke. I made this IG account as a joke, but it went viral and now has over 800k views total with new subscribers every few minutes. What is happening 😂 www.instagram.com/tomsawyersis...

Posted this on Twitter yesterday and people loved it, so here's a thread on a discovery I made after being sent down a rabbit hole by @drleahpayne.bsky.social excellent new book God Gave Rock and Roll to You: A History of Contemporary Christian Music. This is about Carman and Disneyland.

This probably won't go over with the overall vibe of this place. But... Taxing churches would likely lead to thousands of historic buildings being abandoned in the near future. And it would lead to lots of non-white churches closing. Those big white evangelical churches would be fine.
