Probably King Kong. I don't remember seeing it, but there were trees I could see from my window. At twilight, if the wind was blowing, it looked like King Kong walking through the trees to get me.

Yesterday was wonderful but tiring! Today we took a step back, did some laundry, and really didn't stress about anything. Now it is raining a little, cooling off, and the air smells like autumn. Definitely needed this down-time this weekend!

We had a really good time at King Richard's Faire! Lots of people in costume, and it made me wish I had dressed up. I did get some items for my Halloween costume that will be re-used if we go again next year. We ended up leaving at around 2. It was a beautiful day, perfect weather for the faire!

Today the sibling and I are going to our local Renaissance Festival! It has been decades for me, never for him. The weather should be good, and hopefully we will have a great time!

Nor'Easter report from South of Boston and North of the Cape: Rain alternating between light and heavy for the past two days. Lots of leaves and small branches down, not seeing anything bigger in our parking lot. We are inland, so no sign of flooding. Rainy days are good tea and book(s) days!

Forgot to say that I spotted a skunk in the yard near our apartment entrance yesterday morning! It saw us an noped out to a neighbor's yard. Today I'm reading, listening to the wind and the rain, and drinking a lot of tea. This past week was pretty stressful, so I really need some quiet time.
