Dear pastor, without women, how will you run church? Women who lose the vote might be unwilling to lead all the Sunday school programs, coordinate weddings-funerals-potlucks, organize church operations, fill the choir & worship teams, facilitate Bible study groups, visit the sick, serve… FAFO
