If anyone’s worried about the fish, the circle hooks I use catch in the lip or the corner of the mouth every time so the fish I catch spend very little time out of the water and any harm caused by the hook is very superficial.

The city I live in is more progressive than nearby towns but there’s still not a lot of people who are as unabashedly queer as me and that makes me a bit of a spectacle. For some reason, the crocodile from Peter Pan really fucked me up as a kid. Like, I would see its eyes when I would go to sleep at night. The eyes of certain characters unsettle me in a very visceral way- it’s why I never played My Friendly Neighborhood past the demo.
