I guess this needs a little explanation: In China, ALL land is owned by the CCP and you have to pay a 40-70 year rental fee to build on it. Now Shanghai is changing the rules to say you have to pay 70% of current value to renew or the land & everything on it will be siezed without compensation.

Very slow and close ranged. I felt like I was doing more chasing a fast target than fighting with him. They must have changed that, as I'm in late game stages and if you don't counter/dodge and try to tank dmg, you'll have a TPK in a few hits.

The legality falls under that it's private property that can reserve the right to refuse service or entry. Like how a bar can cut you off. Much like how Simon malls have banned all guns, even if you have a legal license to carry (concealed or not), it all falls under private property laws.

It's a catch-22 like growing legal weed. There's a fedeeral tax stamp to grow it legally, but you have to submit legally grown weed to get it (which you can't do without the tax stamp). The FAQ's rationalization for under 21 is that anyone under 18 and working isn't going to have a 21+ guardian
