Artists, show how you paint stars! 🌟 is this cheating?

Digital art of a dark blue colored bird with shiny golden facial feathers, opalescent eyes, sharp beak and claws. It's standing in the middle of a small forest clearing inbetween two trees that have vines and tiny flowers wrapped around them. The bird is assuming a threatening position towards the viewer. Its wings are flexed and the feathers show circular patterns that resemble moon phases in reflective gold color. The enormous tail feathers are splayed out much like a peacocks. It is dark blue with many tiny reflective gold spots, giving the tail a resemblance to a clear night sky. Among the fluffy dark tail feathers there are multiple bigger pure gold feathers too that stand out. Below the bird is the title of the D&D supplement book Fen's Guide to Myriad Realms.
