This paper introduces a paradigm shift by defining reality (R) as an eternal, time-independent operational process of existence, resolving the cosmological challenges left unanswered by Penrose’s cyclic cosmology and Hawking’s black hole evaporation model. We reject the egocentric chronological constraints of a singular Big Bang. Instead, we propose an inherent Thermodynamic Stabilizing Counterpart to the Second Law of Thermodynamics, driven by quantized, zero-entropy (S=0) virtual particle fluxes governed by the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. By incorporating Max Planck’s quantum foundations, we demonstrate that horizon radiation consists of discrete quantum states entangled with the interior, rendering the event horizon transparent to data and resolving the Black Hole Information Loss Paradox.
