I love building with other humans in social VR. Looking for others at the intersection of technology and the real world. #socialvr #gaussiansplats #arrival.space #bantervr

Have you ever been witness to a family argument where tempers and emotions went through the roof and whatever really happened on the subject that started the battle is lost in a full blazing war and no one is listening while everything burns? Welcome to America. Time out. Ok?

What’s with Bloomberg? Why do I need to pay to find out what Tim Cook said? I paid for my Apple products already.

I never had the chance to work with Catherine O’Hara personally. But I have the feeling that she would have encouraged you to not only click like, but to repost my content as well.

The edge of Christmas, the day my mother died. I looked up, but she would have laughed and told me to look down. She was neither good nor bad. She did her best and she was human. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you, mom.

December 7th on the west coast of Canada. Life isn’t so bad when these get caught smiling at you.

i am looking forward to @gandersocial.bsky.social going live so I can leave whatever stupid algorithm bluesky keeps pushing g-y porn into my feed. I don’t care how others love, but i want to choose if I see it or not.

Is there a BlueSky 12-step support group for people over 70? Every time I think I “get” new social media stuff, I discover I don’t. Perhaps @gandersocial.bsky.social will be here in time…

I am thankful I only have to row old once… I don’t think I could do it twice.

OK, I think I have this “Social Media” thing figured out now so I can participate. I am “Social” with others in Virtual Reality (judge me if you must) and reluctant to visit the seniors centre in real life because at 74 I don’t feel old enough. [WTF is the character limit here?]….OK I don’t know s*t

It was mid summer when this journey ended in my garden. I have watched this video many times and each time I see something new. As the summer comes to a close I wonder about a snail’s future and will it be with us next year. My mom is now 96.

I don’t expect the US to get any better, and I don’t think Canada will get worse, at least in my lifetime. From 1951 till I stop breathing, politics has been a tough experiment in organizing and selectively leading. We use the best and worst our breeds have to offer to make good and bad decisions.

@gandersocial.bsky.social I like the idea behind a Canadian Social Media but it would be good to know for sure if we will be dealing with Maple MAGA before things get started. Am I asking too much, too soon?

I want to post about interesting creation tools for folks interested in VR. Any thoughts on how to do this best? Seperate account?

I just had this crazy idea and I am looking for any kind of feedback, mainly because I really like this BlueSky platform. How would it look if this was my ONLY social media platform outside of videos posted on YouTube? The irony is that for my creative process I am using a META headset (Quest 3)

I need to get an electric shock every time I use a META program. I need to learn to love being social again where I chose what I want to see and people are kind to each other.
