Just had my stress echocardiogramme I made it into stage 5! 2-3 minutes longer than 2 years ago! I still maintain that the hardest part of the stress echo is holding your breath immediately after getting your heart rate to maximal levels Thanks to the great staff that made it fun! 💓💗💓 #Health

My father died 10 years ago today As much as I miss him, as much as I miss the mundane things like talking with him about the price of gas or toilet paper, what I regret most is that he didn’t get to see how wonderfully his grandchildren have grown up…
