Rewatching Avengers: Age Of Ultron (underrated banger) and I completely forgot it briefly has Julie Delpy in it. When do we get a film with her and Ethan Hawke’s Moon Knight villain spending a day walking and talking their way around Sokovia together?

Disniversity listeners! Our sort-of-bonus episode on the cursed oddity that is 2006's The Wild is OUT NOW – a Disney film that simultaneously isn't a Disney movie. @drsamsummers.bsky.social and I are joined by pal-of-pod Jon Hornbuckle for this one. Enjoy! podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/1...

Bong Joon Ho spent his whole Stephen Colbert interview for #Mickey17 playing with this plush Creeper. Simply no auteur filmmaker is doing it like him.

The Andor trailer absolutely slaps, but notable how the entire teaser is aimed at non-Star Wars fans – general 'prestige TV' lovers who (foolishly) skipped the first season and should be locking into this as glossy, premium event television.

One important piece of Godzilla lore that no recent film – American nor Japanese – has capitalised upon is that, canonically, he has incredible tekkers:

Slightly serious #TheTraitors point. This year, I think they’ve all been too caught up in a Faithfuls = good / Traitors = bad binary. They’re all playing a *game*, the rules and aims are clear from the start, there’s no morality on either side. They all have reasons to win. Charlotte too.

Several stages of 'we are so back' with this one: 1) new Linklater! 2) re-team of Linklater and Ethan Hawke 3) possibly a double Linklater year, with Nouvelle Vague too 4) likely his first theatrical release here since Everybody Wants Some!! in 2016

The incredible Charly Bliss album is one of the very best of the year, just wall to wall bangers. You can get it on LP for a TENNER here which is an absolutely ludicrous bargain. Get it and see the light: www.resident-music.com/productdetai...
