A TNG scene. We're in the Enterprise conference room, where Picard is holding a meeting with Data, Troi, and Dr Crusher. Barclay is also there, for unknown reasons. Maybe he wandered into the meeting and just sat down, and everyone was too polite to mention it. That happened to me once. I was visiting an office location I didn't normally go to and I wasn't quite sure which conference room I was supposed to be in. I walked into one and sat down and it took me five minutes to realize I was in the wrong meeting. From the perspective of the people in that room, halfway through that meeting, a stranger walked in, sat next to the boss, took notes for five minutes, then walked out without saying a word.

Do I believe my eyes, Sinn Fein now singing Labour’s praises as a “progressive left party” - agree with Ged Nash. Mary Lou and SF have a hard neck to come knocking on our door when they didn’t seek any kind of left transfer from their party.

Will Mary Lou survive this? She’s had 2 general elections and 2 local elections. Their swing to the right over the last year cost them votes. Even if IMO it was not a swing to the right, it was a return to their standard conservatism. #GE24 #MaryLou #SF

Peadar was on Claire Byrne on RTE radio this morning and was allowed to proselytize without being challenged on his party's main issue- The reversing of women's rights in determining their own healthcare. I am writing a formal complaint to RTE today. It probably won't make a difference but 🤷
