Yeah, I got squeezed a couple weeks ago, driver didn't look before changing lanes and pushed me into the curb (I stayed upright, fortunately). I could see the lane change warning light in his mirror flashing to indicate an obstruction (me), but he was oblivious. I caught up with him a few lights up,

Totally real, I took that picture at about 9:30 AM in Selkirk several years ago. Prior to approaching the crematorium, I saw a large plume of smoke - and the photo was taken when I found out where it was coming from. And it smelled bad.

Also about the time the Concorde came to be. At the time of the in-service life of the Concorde, there were few vehicles that could maintain supersonic speed in level flight, without afterburners. They included the SR-71 blackbird, although it had to do so in a dive, but once it did, look out!

The day will come, and I’ll certainly analyze the heck out of it prior. My BBShd is by no means under stress, in fact I intend to gear the bike down even more. I presently have a 11 speed 42/11 cog-set, at 52 volts I can still see 27 km/hr in the lowest gear.

Tbh, I was impressed with Dynacare, they move people through very quickly. I also needed an ECG, Dynacare dents ECG, so they suggested another location that apparently does walk-ins. I was on that property for less than ten minutes. So now, I have the rest of the day off.

Sitting in a clinic waiting on them to perform bloodletting. I’m reminded of taking my dad to that cataract clinic on Taylor. It was full of aged folks waiting in between pupil dilation and their examinations. So none of them could see, plus they were all hard of hearing.

Did you rebuild the Bafang, or is there a service place close by? I have UART BBShd on my fatty, it’s only at 500 km so, but the day will come. But not today, the fatty was parked and I rode my old FrankenTrek to work today. The direct-drive on it is scary-quiet

I have absolutely no problem giving a cyclist the room that they need to help ensure that they are safe. But stupid motorists… Can I excercise the same poor logic towards cars that they typically do towards cyclists when I’m in an 8-1/2’ wide semi?
