Central and east central IN has been experiencing extreme flash flooding, & my niece sent me this. This is Fall Creek Park in Pendleton, IN, & is about 5 miles from where I live. Anderson, Muncie, Connorsville, and Cambridge City have been hit pretty hard. We are to get more rain the next few days.

Michael's had Tulip dye pods on clearance for $3, so I grabbed a few. The pink was great and the excess dye washed out after only two washes. The purple failed, except on the color catcher on the first normal wash. It's light blue on cotton. #tulipdyepods #dyeingcotton #dyeingfabric #dyeingclothes

I bought a bunch of scraps at a recreate store. Most of the pieces make some sense, & there are actual completed blocks in the scraps, but I have some pieces that are inconsistently cut. These range from 3.5" to 3" & everything in between. Should I just make blocks & trim them to the smallest size?
