@sdetectorist.bsky.social walking up to Edinburgh Castle last night for the Tattoo, passed a fossil and gem shop… random glance in the window… Megalodon tooth (I think) mounted in silver! The pic doesn’t do it justice, caught the display lights reflection - it was a beauty though

We stayed there a few years back, really peaceful; if you get the opportunity, drive up to the Lasithi Plateau - there is a quirky cafe at the top (with ‘museum’) and we watched Golden Eagles soar on thermals across the mountains! Great strawberry milkshakes too!! www.kalispera.se/greece/crete...
