Oooooh. I've graduated from lawn and sidewalk edging videos to full formal hedge trimming videos. You guys. I may actually really like landscaping....

Fuck. Yes. WotC employees across multiple brands have given their employer a week to recognize their new unionization! Out-fucking-standing news! Better pay, job security, protections against AI, and more. Very pleased to see this. Let's see if WotC and parent company Hasbrob fight it.

There were signs of greatness through the series but it tripped over its own feet just as often and ended on a wet fart, if you ask me. We'll see what happens if/when season 2 gets made.

Same! I needed to free up space. I had no idea what I'd end up losing.

Where’s the BlueSky poll function?? Bah!! If we had one, I’d run a series of polls in a mega knock-out tournament from a list of 32 games. Instead, I will be forced to count responses old school 😲. Hey ho! So… I ask you… 💀 What is the scariest video game you’ve ever played?

P.T. Though not a full game, it's one of the few gaming experiences where I felt unnerved nearly the whole time. I really Kojima had been given the go-ahead on the project.

This might be the movie that first got me into b-movies. I remember watching it in high school. Maybe '99 or 2000. And just howling because of how crazy it was.

Yeah the fall season has been, and looks like it will continue to be, pretty eventful.

Benasaurus Wrex @benasaurus-wrex.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

For me the main ones are Hellraiser Revival, Control Resinant (physical copy), Boltgun 2, and Phantom Blade 0. If Valor Mortis gets decent reviews I may look into that as well. But 1st person Souls-like doesn't exactly excite me.

This is just such a blatant lie, too. Why do creators do stuff like this? I'd find it far more impressive if a team faced unexpected setbacks and persevered in spite of them, than have them act like they planned it all along.

I'm 90% sure Hegseth got the idea for the name "Project Meridian" after reading a summary of Cormac McCarthy's 'Blood Meridian' and thinking the Judge was the good guy.

I'm reserving judgemental until I get much further in. I'm going to do my damnedest to get through a good chunk of the game this time to give it a fair shake. It's like my white whale in the sense that I love the mythology of The Witcher but hate the games lol Fingers crossed

I'm finding the PS5 version is having some issues running. Mostly when transitioning after a mission complete. Combat feels much better so far, which was my biggest complaint. And using magic feels better, but i can't pinpoint why. I don't think there was any major changes done to it.

I'm a few hours into playthrough attempt 3 (or 4) and enjoying it a bit more than previously. The test will be that first fight with the griffin in the prologue. It always went downhill shortly after that for me in the past.

It's wild man, because this city isn't very large. And I regularly have to go from one side to the other for errands. And I've never seen any sign of this show being filmed lol

Conflict in the ME, exploding cost of living, and waging a culture war instead of creating actual policy has the GOP scared of a Dem midterm takeover. So they jingle $500 bribes in our faces. And you know what? It'll prob work cuz Americans are the most ignorant voters in the western world.

Benasaurus Wrex @benasaurus-wrex.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Apparently there's a TV show filming in my city? I haven't seen anything around town. No like production crews or vehicles. So I'm thinking it's one of those things where maybe they shoot interior scenes somewhere here, and maybe outdoor establishing shots, but the bulk is filmed elsewhere?

Townfall was really good, btw. Loved the setting and sound design especially. Had a few issues with enemy pathing breaking and then getting stuck in one place. The puzzles were excellent. Especially the more complex late game ones.

Omg there's a first person horror game coming to PC where you're stuck in a little roadside dinosaur museum and your flashlight is a little trex with the bulb in his mouth and he roars every time you turn it on and I love it.
