At the UN General Assembly today, Cuba’s Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla challenged Trump’s claim that Cuba is a “failed state.”
“If that were the case, why did they have to impose a fuel blockade?” he asked.
The U.S. diplomat present walked out during his speech.
