Thanks! My gp has been after me jacking the nights for years. Thinks it makes my symptoms worse, but doing days was more stressful , juggling childcare etc, and ofc MANAGEMENT! So it will be interesting if things settle with regular sleep and meals (and no managers at all 🤣)
