I know you do. My sentiment is that I'd like Labour to be bolder. Very open to a better collective noun.

Ouch!! The entire coalition is an embarrassment - and damaging - here and abroad.

"Why take accountability when you can blame someone else?" seems to be that party's mantra!

Do we think anyone with real prime ministerial aspirations would risk taking over National Party leadership now? They're keeping their powder dry and avoiding getting tarnished. Let Luxon be accountable for his performance and what's he's delivered via the election. But as for Labour... #nzpol

According to my back-of-the-envelope maths, the increase in police officer FTE's has been 2.9%, however the population had increased 1.8% over the same period. Which business would accept performance that used (we presume) 100% of budget to take 50% longer to deliver 60% of what it promised? #nzpol

According to Mark Mitchell's page on Wikipedia, in 2024, the Govt announced funding to recruit and train 500 extra police officers by the end of 2025. Then they moved the target to mid-2026. We're still sitting at 297. That's 50% more time, and only 60% of target. But that's not all...

Can we think of a regime that has more actively disenfranchised and disadvantaged women than this one? 🤔 A litany of eroding women's rights.

I just spotted this petition. 🗳 How emotionally repressed do you have to be to think that getting back to work 3 days after the death of an immediate family member is OK?? How many funerals (let alone tangihanga) are even held by then??
