31 years vegan 50 yo man, blood test results are in. Turns out, I am that vegan! 😆 Excellent and clean across the board, no deficiencies, solid metabolic numbers, protein + B12 + total cholesterol all good, excellent HbA1c & trigs, strong kidney function, normal thyroid.🌱💪
